We are an agency that specializes in home and community support. Our providers have 30+ years experience working within the developmentally disabled community.

Provider Network of Ohio offers homemaker personal care (HPC) and transportation services. Our agency brings expertise and experience in mental health, dual-diagnosis, and behavior disorders. Additionally, our staff are trained in positive behavior supports (PBS) and crisis intervention (CPI).

We serve Ohio residents who qualify for waiver services through the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD). We are currently accepting clients in Warren, Butler, Hamilton and Clermont counties.
